September 2008 Masters of Tyre
September 27, 2008
Solomon Council #222 Allied Masonic Degrees met at China Palace Restaurant in Roseburg, Oregon on Friday September 26, 2008. After dinner, our ladies made woven wheat Christmas ornaments, while the Brethren conducted the Masters of Tyre Degree.
The degree was impressive, and we were fortunate to have nearly all of the props called for during the conferral, including a full set of Officer's Aprons and candidate apron for the degree, which were made especially for this event.
Solomon Council is offering this set of Masters of Tyre aprons for sale. The set includes Expert Master, Deputy Expert Master, Master of Scrolls, Senior Expert, Junior Expert, Sentinel, and two Member Aprons. We are asking $300 (plus shipping), in the hopes that another AMD Council will find them useful in conferring this degree. They are a one of a kind set handcrafted by Brother Jeff Day. The sides of each apron are approximately 14 inches long. The depth is 12.5 inches from top to tip of triangle. Please Contact Us if you are interested in purchasing the set. What you see is what you get. There are some minor imperfections, particularly on the point of the flap of the Sentinel's apron. Please inspect the photographs to ensure that the quality is acceptable to your Council.
Once this set sells, we will try to make another set of Aprons available for a different Degree.
